Nestled in the heart of the Parc Régional Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne, just a stone's throw from Orcival and its famous slate-roofed basilica, La Canopée invites you to enjoy a serene interlude in the heart of nature, between Mont-Dôme and Mont-Dore.
This warm wooden house is the perfect setting for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends in the great outdoors.
A house with a gentle, friendly atmosphere, it will seduce you with its generous volumes, luminosity and wide openings onto the surrounding countryside.
First floor:
Three bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed, en-suite shower room and WC,
-A fourth bedroom with 90cm Bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for Kids under 6), a bathroom with whirlpool bath and private WC,
On the second floor is a vast living room bathed in light, thanks to its large bay windows offering an unobstructed view of the valley:
A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and comfortable living area with large-screen TV and impressive ceramic wood-burning stove, the heart of the house.
Outside:
The large 2,200 m² enclosed garden, open onto the fields, is a true haven of peace. Here you'll find a lounge, garden table and barbecue, perfect for making the most of fine weather.
A storage room is also available for skis, bikes or motorcycles.
Hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts will appreciate the direct access to GR and marked trails. Nearby, discover the Château de Cordes, the Servières and Guéry crater lakes, cross-country skiing at the Col du Guéry, or the ski resorts and Thermal baths of Le Mont-Dore and La Bourboule.
The Holiday cottage can be rented as a 4-person (63G1663) or 6-person (63G1664) cottage, to suit your every need.

AC Séjour agréable
Bonjour,
Le séjour au gîte était très agréable, le logement est bien conçu, avec des chambres grandes et confortables.
Nous avons été bien accueillis, le propriétaire était arrangeant et a facilité notre arrivée et départ.
Pour les enfants, il y a un grand jardin, des moutons a regarder depuis le salon et l'escalier est sécurisé ce qui est pratique pour les petits.- Cleanliness

CoBri Séjour à la Canopée Orcival
Eric nous a fait un super accueil pour ce séjour, très court pour nous. Lieu très joliment décoré, une vue superbe, très calme et bien situé par rapport à Clermont Ferrand et la chaine du Puy. Idéal pour des départs de randos. Un joli moment dans un bel endroit que je recommande.

pasrob Gite idéal pour séjour entre amis
Logement très bien aménagé et fonctionnel avec une pièce à vivre très lumineuse, permettant une vue sur la campagne environnante et des chambres confortables, équipées chacune d'un WC et coin toilette. La situation du gite est parfaite pour des randonnées et visites et les commerces à 2km. L'accueil très chaleureux d'Eric, sa disponibilité et la communication d'adresses touristiques sont un vrai plus.

Emilie Très bon séjour à la Canopée
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au printemps à la Canopée entre amis avec nos enfants. Le gîte est très agréable et la pièce de vie est très grande et très accueillante. Chaque chambre est indépendante et très pratique!
Éric est très accueillant et très chaleureux !

Kaco Une très belle semaine
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce magnifique chalet en pleine nature.
Eric le propriétaire est très accueillant et chaleureux et tout près en cas de besoin.
