Discover this charming self-catering Holiday cottage in Murat-le-Quaire, perfect for a mountain vacation or spa treatment, ideally located close to the spa and ski resorts of La Bourboule (2 km) and Le Mont-Dore (7 km). Not far away, you can discover La Chèvrerie (educational farm), Saint-Nectaire producers, the "Sancy Traineaux" Nordic dog school and go hiking on the Puy de Sancy, Banne d'Ordanche, Plateau de Charlannes, Capucin, Lake du Guéry, etc...
The house comprises a bed and breakfast, a family room and three apartments, including the owner's, each with its own entrance. The Holiday cottage is on the raised first floor.

It comprises:

- A living/dining room and kitchen
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm)
- a bathroom
- A separate toilet

The washing machine is shared, in a separate room.

An enclosed courtyard for motorcycles, a room for bicycles and a shed for drying clothes (for Bikers, cyclists and hikers).

One-night rentals available, except during school vacations.
Three-week spa treatments available (please contact owner for rates).

Outdoor area with terrace.

Only one dog allowed per accommodation (please let us know when booking), who must follow the owner's instructions: do not stay alone in the accommodation, do not climb on the beds or sofa. A deposit for your pet is required on arrival, and you must bring your pet's mat and eating and drinking utensils.
Important: this facility is not compatible with recharging electric vehicles using household sockets!
