A true haven of peace nestled in the heart of nature, where comfort, Wellbeing and tranquility are the watchwords! Young and old alike will appreciate the discreet presence of the owner's pig. You'll also enjoy a superb wooded exterior with terrace and relaxation lounge.
Numerous leisure activities nearby: waterfalls, Buddhist temples, Volvic, Vulcania, Lemptégy, Puy de Dôme, vélo-rail, Lake, castles... The majestic stone house is composed as follows on the first floor:
- the PMR-accessible "Combrailles" bedroom with a king-size 180cm bed (or two 90cm beds that can be joined together), two 90cm beds and a private shower room/WC - the "Cocon" bedroom with a magnificent 2m round bed, private shower room and separate WC - an indoor swimming pool (7x3m - 1m40 deep - heated to 28C°), available all year round and accessible from 10am to 10pm (the owners manage the opening and closing of the cover).
- independent WC On the second floor of the north wing of the house are: - the family room "L'Auvergnate" with a 160cm bed, and two 90cm beds on the mezzanine, as well as a private shower room and independent WC On the second floor of the south wing of the house are: - the magnificent living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen - a bedroom with a 140cm bed - a bedroom with a 140cm bed - a bedroom with a 90cm bed - a relaxation area - a bathroom - an independent WC Washing machine on owner's request.
Weekend rental: from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm. Holiday cottage equipped with air conditioning in all rooms (except downstairs PMR bedroom).
