Come and stay in this gîte, ideally located for visiting the surrounding area, surrounded by lush greenery. You'll find plenty of sites to visit, including the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Chaîne des Puys, the town of Clermont-Ferrand, capital of the département, the Grande Halle and the Zenith d'Auvergne for their many events, Riom ville d'Art et d'Histoire, Vichy, the Domaine Royal de Randan and much more.
This house is located on a property that includes the owners' guest house and a second gîte for 2 people (n°63G63579). It has two levels and is adjoined by the owners' antique store. On the first floor are:
-a living room/kitchen
-1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, convertible into 2 x 80cm beds)
-WC
On the 1st floor there are :
-1 bedroom (1 bed 160)
-shower room (access through bedroom to shower room)
The gîte has its own grounds, which you'll be able to enjoy, and you'll also have access to the communal swimming pool, which is located in the property's wooded, enclosed grounds.
Finally, for your comfort, beds are ready on arrival and bed linen is provided.

LULU séjour mitigé
propriétaires gentils, joli cadre naturel, belle piscine, mais déçu par le ménage qui laissait à désirer, des souris ou rats fruitiers couraient la nuit au dessus de nos tètes entre la toiture et le placoplâtre, pas d'isolation entre la chambre du rez de chaussée et la chambre parentale, bonde de douche qui goutait sur votre tête quand nous étions aux toilettes en dessous, armoire a vaisselle qui sent le renfermé, il serait souhaitable aussi que des moustiquaires soient installées aux fenêtres de l'étage.

Merci d'avoir partagé votre avis. Concernant le ménage, il est impératif que nous soyons prévenus durant le séjour afin d'apporter des actions éventuelles.
Bien qu'aucune présence de souris n'ait été constatée par la propriétaire depuis, sa localisation en pleine campagne peut parfois en favoriser l'apparition.
Concernant la bonde, celle-ci a été réparée, et nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée.

The welcome was very warm, Julia and Didier are experienced hospitaliy people. You are made to feel safe and free to use their wonderfull gites and ground with nice swimming Pool. The whole place radiates charm and tranquility. Can recommend to stay in a room or gite. Maybe in a few years we willreturn without our child and revist as a couple.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires, leur bon conseil pour visiter la région, la piscine suffisamment grande pour nager.
