Semi-detached house with a shed not used by the owner, it offers a peaceful place to stay, combining nature, relaxation and discovery.
You'll enjoy a pleasant balcony, a friendly courtyard and a vast, unenclosed outdoor space, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco.

There's plenty to see and do during your stay: discover the Brassac mine museum, the Mailhat church in Lamontgie, the Vernet-Chaméane amethyst museum, the Richard de Bas mill, Le Puy-en-Velay, the Garabit viaduct by Gustave Eiffel, the salmon house at Brioude, a lake 15 km away with Swimming, Fishing, Kids' games, an accrobranche park with zip lines, a picnic table and many walks in the Cézallier and Monts du Forez...

The Holiday cottage comprises :

On the raised first floor (accessed via an outside staircase):
-living room/kitchenette
-shower room with closed WC

1st floor with sloping ceilings:
-two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm)
-a mezzanine

Ground-floor utility room with washing machine.
Please note that the owners only allow a maximum of one pet in their Holiday cottage.
