Gîte in the heart of an exceptional landscape

In the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, in the village of Egliseneuve-des-Liards, you'll find this beautiful typical stone house. You'll be able to spend your vacation in the Countryside while taking advantage of all the activities on offer in the surrounding area: the City of Issoire and its abbey church, Vic-le-Comte and its heritage, the villages of Usson and Montpeyroux classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, the Valley of the Saints in Boudes (an Unusual site, worthy of Western landscapes), the City of Clermont-Ferrand just 1 hour away, as well as numerous Hiking and mountain biking trails.

It includes :

1st floor:

- a kitchen opening onto the living room
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- bedroom with two 90cm beds
- a shower room
- an independent toilet

Below the Holiday cottage, on the first floor, there's a communal room (not bookable if the Holiday cottage is occupied!).

Outside, you'll find a lovely area with garden furniture and barbecue.
