Gîte in the heart of an exceptional landscape

Located within the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this beautiful, traditional stone house is situated in the village of Egliseneuve-des-Liards. You can enjoy a vacation in the Countryside while taking advantage of the activities available in the surrounding area: the city of Issoire and its abbey church, Vic-le-Comte and its historic sites, the villages of Usson and Montpeyroux—both designated as “Most Beautiful Villages of France”— the Vallée des Saints in Boudes (an unusual site reminiscent of a Western movie set), the city of Clermont-Ferrand, just 1 hour away, as well as numerous hiking and mountain biking trails.

- a kitchen partially open to the living room
- a bedroom with a 140 bed
- a bedroom with a 140 bed
- a bedroom with two 90 beds
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

Below the holiday cottage, on the ground floor, there is a communal room (not available for booking if the holiday cottage is occupied!)

Outside, you’ll enjoy a lovely outdoor area with patio furniture and a barbecue

Just 200 meters away, you can enjoy the community orchard, which features:
