In the heart of a peaceful hamlet in Saint-Jean-des-Ollières, this spacious Holiday cottage invites you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, the house offers the ideal setting for a get-together with family or friends, far from the hustle and bustle, in a warm, authentic atmosphere. The property opens onto a large plot of land ideal for relaxation, outdoor games and convivial meals under the Auvergne sky. Here, time seems to slow down, giving way to shared moments, summer evenings and moments of serenity in the heart of verdant surroundings.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor (accessible on the same level at the rear of the cottage): - a kitchen - a dining room accessible by three steps On the 1st floor (accessible on the same level at the front of the cottage): - the main entrance to the cottage - a living room - a bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room - a WC - a laundry area with an 8kg washing machine On the 2nd floor:
- a gaming room located in the attic of the Holiday cottage - a bedroom with a 140 bed - a bedroom with a 140 bed - a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed - a bathroom with WC On the 3rd floor: - a bedroom with a 140 bed and a BZ for 1 person - a shower room with WC - a lounge area with a 90 bed (additional extra bed) The staircase linking the kitchen to the lounge on the 1st floor has no railings. For safety reasons, we recommend that Kids be accompanied by an adult, and that everyone take care when using the staircase. Located close to the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, the Holiday cottage is an ideal starting point for discovering a region rich in outdoor activities. Hiking or cycling, discovering villages with character, local markets and rural heritage are all part of the daily routine. Lovers of wide open spaces will appreciate the varied panoramas, between forests, gentle mountains and unspoilt valleys. Supply of pellets for the boiler: 1 bag offered per day.
