The house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Living room with open kitchen - Sleeping area with sofa bed (bed 140 - real mattress) and private shower room - No windows to the outside world, but skylights opening onto the living room - Separate toilet First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), one of which is bunk beds - A shower room - A separate toilet Outside, you'll enjoy a well-exposed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a garden at the back of the house!

"La pêcherie de la Tour", trout fishing initiation and equipment rental, open weekends from April and every day in July and August, 150 m from the gîte (restaurant on site). Nathalie Séjour agréable
La maison est très confortable et tres bien équipée. Elle est bien pensée.
Dans un grand calme, on entend juste la rivière toute proche avec envol de héron quand on s'approche . Au bout de la même rue, une magnifique cascade qui est un but de balade bien sympathique.
Mes enfants (ados et petit) valident la maison et veulent y revenir.- Cleanliness

Maison très agréable à vivre, cependant :
- Climatisation HS,
- Pas d'Internet donc pas de télé également,
- Barrière extérieure à changer.
Par conséquent, je trouve que le prix était elevé au vu des prestations proposées et de la saison déjà bien avancée. J'estime qu'un geste commercial aurait pu être fait compte tenu de ces éléments- Cleanliness

Bonjour , En effet comme évoqué à votre arrivée des travaux extérieurs vont être réalisés prochainement.
Concernant la climatisation et le problème d'internet(réparés à ce jour)nous sommes désolées pour ces services manquants .
Pour le geste commercial nous vous avons proposé un dédommagement que vous avez refusé.
En espérant que vous avez pu profiter du reste du gîte et des alentours.

Endroit très calme. Dommage pour les extérieurs faire attention à l' escalier donnant accès à l'arrière du gîte clôture en bois très endommagée et la vue arrière de la petite terrasse pas très sympa. Par contre l'intérieur est très joli et bien aménagé

AG Excellentes vacances
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans ce gîte idéalement situé au coeur de l'Auvergne.
La location est très confortable et vraiment très bien équipée.
La position géographique du gîte (en plein cœur du massif du Sancy) nous a permis de découvrir les merveilleux paysages auvergnats ainsi que les villes incontournables telles que la Bourboule ou le Mont-Dore.Nous recommandons ce gîte, nous nous permettrons toutefois de conseiller la pose de moustiquaires afin de pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans être incommodé par les insectes.
