Splendid upscale chalet with exceptional views, located just a few minutes from the Ski slopes

This is the story of the owners who decided to build a grandiose project on their native land.

The views from the chalets are incredible! A panorama of the Auvergne mountains! Whether you're sitting on the huge terrace or curled up on the sofa in the living room, the view is with you every step of the way, giving you a feeling of absolute privilege!
Cosy up by the fire or stretch out in the hot tub, when temperatures dip below 0°, and watch the snow fall through the bay windows.
This accommodation offers you the comfort of two chalets joined together (access from the outside down to the basement). It can also be rented for 6 people only (63G1738).

The chalet comprises:
First floor :
- A living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove
- Wellness area with 6-seater spa, including 2 recliners
- A laundry/entrance area with ski boot dryer, ski storage...
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom with 160cm bed and TV
- A family room with 4 90cm beds, one of which is on the mezzanine (accessible via a ladder - children under 6 years of age are not permitted) and TV
- Bathroom with semi-isolated bath, shower and WC
- A large net for lounging and a trundle bed (90 or 180 for 1 to 2 extra people)
In the basement:
- Kitchen/living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with separate WC
- Two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and TV (windowless, with blackout skylight overlooking the living room)

Outside: two terraces with designer furniture, solid wood table and barbecue.
For stays of more than a week: spa maintenance.
