New, comfortable gîte near Lac d'Aydat

Imagine a beautiful driveway leading to a lovely property with trees, flowers and meticulously tended grounds, with a glimpse of Lac d'Aydat in the background. This is your next vacation destination! Hervé and Marie-Odile have passionately transformed this former home into two comfortable gîtes. We can reassure you right away that each gîte is very well designed, with views on either side of the house, so you won't be able to "pass the salt". On the other hand, you'll love lounging in the soft garden bed sipping a cool drink... we can already see you there! The owners will be delighted to share their passion for their region with you. The Lac d'Aydat, just a few minutes away by car, is an emblematic part of the département that's a must-see (or rediscover)!
The gite is located on the second floor of the house. Access is on the ground floor. It comprises
beautiful entrance hall
- living room with fireplace/fully equipped kitchen
- two spacious bedrooms with king-size 160 beds
- shower room
- separate toilet
- laundry room

Outside: a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture and plancha. Direct access from the living room.
Marie-Odile and Hervé don't skimp on resources, so comfort and quality are a must!
Small dogs are welcome on request.
There are 3 gîtes on the property for a total capacity of 12 people. But rest assured: the grounds are huge, so everyone's peace and quiet is guaranteed! The grounds are fully enclosed and secured by an electric gate.
