Ideally located in the village of Nébouzat, between lakes and volcanoes, in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne and close to the Chaine des Puys, this house will delight young and old alike for unforgettable stays! On one level, the gîte features a vast, modern and cosy living space: a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. There's also a laundry room and separate toilet. On the night side, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a large shower room. WIFI ACCESS. Outside: large unfenced plot with private garden furniture. Garage. Electric heating approx. 50€ to 90€ for a week in winter. Shops and services in Nébouzat. Nearby: Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, Lemptégy volcano, Lac d'Aydat water sports center, Lac de Guéry, Massif du Sancy, Orcival basilica, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), downhill skiing at Mont-Dore, cross-country skiing at Col de Guéry, etc.

Finistère Séjour Nébouzat
Propriétaires très accueillants. Gite très bien situé entre le sancy et le puy de dôme. Beaucoup de randonnées aux paysages sublimes. Un vrai coup de cœur. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires vraiment très gentils!

Berni Superbe gîte
Très bon accueil et encore merci, les propriétaires sont très gentils et très réactifs en cas de problème.
Le gîte est très bien situé pour effectuer de bonnes randonnées autour des volcans d'Auvergne.

Idéalement situé pour visiter toute la région des puys - Au nord Chatel guyon, puy de domes jusqu'au sud - puy de sancy lac chambon...
Très beau gite avec une grande surface intérieur et extérieur. Très bien entretenu et mobilier moderne. Très calme
Gite bien équipé.
