You'll never tire of the charm of this small 35 m² winegrower's cottage in the heart of the village, adjoining the owners' house. Located in the village of Gimeaux, in the foothills of the Combrailles plateau, the gîte is accessed via an outside staircase. On the 1st floor you'll find

You can discover the surrounding area and the many activities on offer: the Gour de Tazenat, the art town of Riom, the Manoir de Veygoux, the Vulcania and Lemptégy parks, the Gorges de la Sioule, the theater and thermal baths of Chatel-Guyon, accrobranche at the Parc Ecureuil, the town of Clermont-Ferrand and beautiful hiking or mountain biking in the Chaîne des Puys.
Parking available in the courtyard shared with the owner.
3 week spa package (excluding August and July): 700€.

Sabine Séjour juin 2025
Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement prévu pour deux personnes. Environnement plein de charme. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et particulièrement accueillants. Beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées à proximité et de belles découvertes concernant le patrimoine local.

Céline Superbe semaine en Auvergne !
Le gîte , idéal pour 2 , est très bien situé dans un village calme mais à proximité de beaucoup de lieux de visites : Volvic, Vulcania , Puy de Dôme,...ou même de rando sur place , sans prendre la voiture !

Marie-Pascale Notre séjour à Gimeaux
Le gîte se situe dans un écrin de verdure, au centre d’un village pittoresque, avec ses ruelles, ses sources pétrifiantes et sa flore surprenante de bord de mer. Très bien situé géographiquement, il est proche de nombreux sites à visiter ou redécouvrir (en ce qui nous concerne) et des sentiers de grande randonnée ou de petits circuits non moins superbes.
