In the heart of the Roannais region, Catherine & Jean-Yves welcome you to their beautiful contemporary villa in the Italian style of the 60s. On the ground floor of their house, they have completely renovated and fitted out this comfortable stopover with a warm, modern feel. Ultra-spacious, the gîte boasts a luminous living room overlooking the carefully landscaped 200m² private courtyard. Secure, enclosed parking. To make your stay even more enjoyable: utilities and heating are included, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
74m² gîte on first floor raised by 3 steps. You enter into the living room, which features a fully-equipped, integrated kitchen that opens onto the dining area and relaxing lounge. Two charming bedrooms are neatly furnished with a 160x200 bed and TV. On the same level, you'll find a bathroom with a shower and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.

Dany Belle location lumineuse et spacieuse
Gite lumineux et spacieux et tres calme. On est à qqes minutes du centre commercial et du centre ville de Riorges et de Roanne et des villages médievaux.

De très bons avis m'ont amené à réserver ce gîte pour un projet de mon mari qui avait lieu à proximité. Aucun regret, l'accueil des propriétaires était parfait, ils sont à l'écoute si on a besoin de quelque chose... le lieu est au calme tout en étant à proximité du lieu où nous devions aller, ainsi que des commerces et des activités pour les enfants (parc Beaulieu, lac de Villerest et cinéma de Roanne que nous avons testé). Nous retenons l'adresse si besoin de revenir dans la région.
