This former barn is located at the end of a hamlet, with private grounds and access, and magnificent views over the surrounding countryside (east-facing facade with large bay windows). Wood is available free of charge for the stove and barbecue. Small pets are welcome in the gîte AFTER agreement with the owner.

Large, open-plan living room with full-height ceilings, including lounge and kitchen. 1 ground-floor bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 upstairs bedroom (2 beds 90), mezzanine lounge/office area with pull-out bed (sleeps 2). Shower room, 2 WCs, electric heating and wood-burning stove. You'll appreciate the 25 m² terrace and 100 m² private lawned garden (garden and terrace being finished for summer 2019). The owner, a farmer in a neighboring commune, grazes part of his dairy herd in the meadows around the gîte - guaranteed delight! He would be delighted to organize a visit to his farm with you.
