In the heart of the Monts de la Madeleine and Pays d'Urfé, Pa Lou Plans invites you to slow down and savor every moment. Hiking and mountain bike trails start directly from the property. Heritage lovers will love discovering the Château d'Urfé and the characterful villages that dot the Loire landscape. In winter, the Cross-country skiing and Alpine skiing areas just a few kilometers away offer beautiful days in the snow before returning to the warmth of the stone fireplace. Between the gastronomy of Roanne, outdoor activities, Fishing, family outings and rolling panoramas, this vacation home is an ideal base from which to explore the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Here, everything is in place for a serene, comfortable and rejuvenating stay, whether for a weekend or a vacation in the great outdoors. Its single-storey location on a flat 1000 m² site and its interior layout have earned it Tourism and Handicap approval (for all 4 disabilities).

Nestled in a peaceful setting at an altitude of 720 meters, this renovated former barn has been converted into a comfortable, single-storey 100 m² Holiday cottage. Bathed in light thanks to its four French windows opening onto the Countryside, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a warm atmosphere blending stone, wood and generous space. The vast living room brings together lounge, living room and open kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. On the night side, three renovated bedrooms offer quality sleeping accommodation, with one bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and two bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds. A shower room, separate toilet, utility room with washing machine and garage complete the facilities. The Holiday cottage has been designed to accommodate people with hearing, visual and mental disabilities. Outside, a sunny terrace, a 1,000 m² enclosed garden, lounge furniture and a barbecue make for a pleasant extension of shared moments.
