It is heated by an oil-fired central heating system. The house is decorated to a high standard, with a warm atmosphere and modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi. You'll also enjoy a vast south-facing balcony terrace with views over the Countryside, and 300 m² of enclosed grounds, perfect for letting the Kids play in complete safety.
