Jacqueline and Albert open the doors of their gîte, which they have renovated to welcome you. The gîte boasts beautiful, flower-filled outdoor spaces for rest and relaxation: an 80m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue - games for young and old (table tennis, basketball hoop, boules...). To make your stay even more enjoyable: utilities and heating are included, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided!
130m² ground floor + upper floor gîte, adjoining the owner's house, in a former farmhouse. On the first floor, you enter the spacious living room with its integrated kitchen opening onto the lounge, dining room and bright veranda. Separate WC. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 / 1 bed 160 / 1 bed 140), a relaxation/games room with a Bz that can be converted for extra sleeping, and full bathroom facilities (shower-vacuum-WC).

Versil Séjour +++ : calme, vue superbe et hôtes adorables
Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte à l'occasion d’un mariage, en famille, pour quelques nuits. L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Le gîte est spacieux, avec en réalité 4 chambres (et non 3 comme indiqué dans l’annonce), une agréable surprise qui a facilité notre organisation. Il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable, avec un mobilier mais très fonctionnel. La vue est magnifique, donnant sur des paysages vallonnés à perte de vue. Les environs se prêtent parfaitement à la randonnée ou au footing, en pleine nature, avec un panorama dégagé sur des kilomètres. À noter également, la proximité de la source Badoit, accessible gratuitement en quelques minutes en voiture seulement.
