A few kilometers away, the Lac des Sapins in Cublize offers swimming, fishing and water sports. This vacation home in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region also has a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a weekend getaway or a long vacation in the Loire. Between cultural discoveries, local gastronomy and wide-open spaces, each day is lived at its own pace in an environment where comfort, serenity and quality of welcome come together naturally.

Housed in an old stone barn adjoining the owner's home, Holiday cottage Les Noisettes welcomes you to a warm and welcoming 76 m² on two levels. The living area features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, set on a half-level with a comfortable living room where the wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings in any season. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer sleeping facilities for families and friends: the first has two 90 cm single beds, while the second has a 140 cm double bed. Two baby beds are also available. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and everyday amenities ensure a practical and pleasant stay: dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, TV, DVD player, Internet connection, Electric heating and baby equipment. Outside, a terrace, a barbecue and a private enclosed garden of 150 sq.m. For electric cars, a flat rate of 10 euros per 50 kwh charge (small car) is charged, 15 euros for larger vehicles. Heating package: 40 euros per week, 20 euros per weekend.
