This comfortable, 60 m² furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the owner’s home. It opens onto a pleasant living area featuring a kitchen that opens onto the dining room and the living room, which is furnished with a sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two 90-cm beds joined to form a 180-cm bed, which can be separated upon request. A bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet, complete the layout. Outside, you’ll enjoy a wooden deck with garden furniture overlooking the wooded park. For a hassle-free stay, utilities and heating are included, the beds are made on arrival, and bathroom linen is provided.
