This 250 m² vacation home is spread over three levels and can comfortably accommodate thirteen guests. On the first floor, three bedrooms, two of which are accessible from the outside, offer double beds from 140 to 160 cm, and have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. A fourth elevated bedroom combines a double and a single bed, while a fifth bedroom with mezzanine occupies the second floor, equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The bright living room opens onto an enclosed outdoor space, and the modern kitchen with dining area on the first floor benefits from direct access to the terrace, offering a convivial setting for sharing meals and relaxing moments. Amenities include wifi, TV, stove, washing machine, dishwasher and geothermal heating, ensuring optimum comfort throughout your stay. Piscine lagon heated from May to September, courtyard and lawn for outdoor games, immediate proximity to the river Le Gand.
