This completely restored house offers 72 m² of cosy space on two levels, designed for a comfortable stay in any season. On the first floor, the living area features a fully-equipped open kitchen, a cosy dining area and a bright living room that opens onto the terrace, complemented by a first toilet. Upstairs, a shower room with a second toilet sits alongside a pleasant reading area with an extra bed. The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, while the open mezzanine offers two 90 cm single beds under a velux window. Outside, the 400 m² enclosed garden and 20 m² wooden terrace extend the house. Facilities include internet, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, TV and Electric heating.
