Completely renovated 50 m² apartment, adjoining the owner's home, with independent access and shared grounds (150 m² enclosed garden with lawn, barbecue, swing, pétanque court...).

Living room with kitchenette and sitting area (sofa bed for 2), direct access to balcony terrace, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room and toilet. Contribution to heating costs from Toussaint to Easter €30 per week. Possibility of visiting the farm by arrangement with the owner.
