When the weather is nice, guests can enjoy breakfast in the sun on the covered terrace, while the enclosed garden becomes a relaxing space loved by young and old alike. Nature lovers will particularly appreciate the hiking trails accessible right near the holiday cottage, along the banks of the Loire, for beautiful walks by the water. If needed, a pasture is available for horses in case of equestrian competitions, with space to park horse trailers.

This 87 m² single-story holiday cottage features a layout that is both functional and comfortable. It opens onto a beautiful, bright living area consisting of a fully equipped, built-in kitchen that flows into the dining area and living room. Two large floor-to-ceiling windows extend this space onto the terrace, creating a pleasant sense of openness to the outdoors. A cooling floor system will keep the house cool during hot weather.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 bed that can be converted into two 80x200 beds as needed, and the other with a 140x190 bed. Each bedroom has storage space to ensure a practical and organized stay.
A comfortable bathroom with a large shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet, complete the space.
To ensure a stress-free stay, utilities are included, the beds are made on arrival, and bathroom linen is provided.
