This traditional Pilat farmhouse, with its stone staircase, vaulted cellars, and bread oven, tells the story of the region while offering the comfort you seek for a stay with family or friends. Nature lovers will enjoy the mountain bike trails, marked hiking paths, Nordic activities in Le Bessat, or wildlife encounters at the Peaugres Safari. Located in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, this vacation home also serves as an excellent base for exploring the villages, local flavors, and iconic vistas of the Loire Valley. With its tranquility, fresh air, and authenticity, every weekend or vacation here takes on a special quality.

Housed in a charming 17th-century farmhouse, the Les Genêts holiday cottage offers 83 square meters of living space spread over two floors in an authentic and cozy setting. The living area features a lounge with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, one bedroom features a 140 cm double bed and can accommodate a baby bed. An open loft completes the sleeping area with two 90 cm single beds. The holiday cottage includes a bathroom with a shower and two toilets. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace that opens onto a 200 m² fenced-in yard, perfect for relaxing while taking in the Pilat landscapes. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a space suitable for telework, a washing machine, a television, and a covered shelter round out the amenities at this vacation rental. For safety, insurance, and space considerations, any outdoor meal with guests not staying at the holiday cottage will be limited to 15 people if both holiday cottages are rented (ref 4156) and with the owner’s approval.
