Nestled on a hillside, this gîte is located in an outbuilding of a former winegrowing estate dating from the late 19th century, renovated as a guest house and independent furnished accommodation. Located in the forecourt, the gîte boasts a spacious, intimate 30m² terrace where you can enjoy the peaceful Roannaise countryside in total tranquillity. You'll appreciate the property's outdoor spaces and shared facilities: a lovely little above-ground wooden swimming pool (open from June to September, weather permitting), life on the farm with chickens and horses, moments of relaxation under the shade of the lime trees, ... (nb: facade and exterior work in progress). Access to the wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) is independent and not included in the price of the gîte. The rate is €10/hour per person, payable directly to the owners.

55m² gite on ground & first floor, with independent entrance and exterior. This opens onto the spacious and cosy living room, comprising a kitchen opening onto the dining area and a cosy lounge with a corner sofa bed. On this level, you'll find full bathroom facilities: Italian shower, washbasin and WC. Upstairs is the beautiful Zen-style bedroom (1 x 180x200 bed, which can be converted into 2 x 90 beds on request). To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities and heating are included, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided.
