Located in an outbuilding of an old farmhouse where the owners live, the Les Égaux holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful rural setting in the heart of the Loire region. This 75 m² holiday cottage features a cozy ground floor and a mezzanine that opens onto the living area. The main room combines a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, and microwave. The ground-floor bedroom features a 140-cm double bed, while the mezzanine offers two 90-cm single beds as well as an extra bed suitable for a child or teenager. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the space. Comfort is guaranteed year-round thanks to electric heating, Wi-Fi, and amenities designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Outside, the spacious southwest-facing terrace extends the living areas and offers a remarkable panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
