This peaceful character house is ideally located for exploring the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region: at the crossroads of the Ardèche, Rhône and Isère departments. For nature lovers and hikers, there are several signposted footpaths at the foot of the Holiday cottage to help you discover the richness of this region. Jocelyne and Lionel open the doors to their spacious, functional accommodation. Sit out on the terrace in the shady, flower-filled courtyard and enjoy a breath of fresh air: admiring the scenery, listening to the river and the birds.

Holiday cottage of 130m² on the first floor, comprising a simple, fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room and a lovely, bright veranda with dining room. The two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (130 and 140). The bathroom has a bath and shower, and the WC is independent. To make your stay a pleasant one, utilities and heating are included, electric radiators plus wood stove, bed linen optional. The veranda is not heated in winter, so the room stays cool.
Parking access limited to one normal-sized vehicle near the Holiday cottage (excluding lorries or vans).
