Perched on the hills above Saint-Régis-du-Coin, this renovated 85 m² farmhouse offers a warm and inviting setting where stone and wood create an authentic atmosphere. The living area combines a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room featuring a wood-burning stove. The windows offer views of the rolling landscapes of Pilat and the surrounding Countryside.

Upstairs, the holiday cottage has two bedrooms. The first is furnished with two 90-cm single beds and a baby bed, while the second features a 160-cm double bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the sleeping area. A laundry room with a washing machine is available. Free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a freezer, a TV, and baby gear provide welcome everyday comforts. Outside, a terrace and private grounds invite you to fully enjoy the great outdoors.
