Set in lush greenery, this 88-square-meter vacation rental offers a comfortable setting for a stay with family or friends. Accessible via a path lined with cherry trees, it features a ground-floor entryway with access to the outdoor areas and the barbecue. The bright living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a sitting area featuring a wood-burning stove. A large picture window opens onto a 20 m² terrace offering a superb view of the Pilat Mountains. Upstairs, a second living room with a sofa bed clic clac completes the relaxation areas. Two bedrooms accommodate guests: one with a 160x200 cm double bed and the other with a 140x190 cm double bed. The holiday cottage features a bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets. Bed linen is provided, and the beds are made before your arrival so you can immediately enjoy your vacation in the Loire. Pets are welcome in this holiday cottage! However, for reasons of comfort and hygiene, they are not allowed on the bedroom floor. Electric heating. Holiday cottage closed throughout the month of January.
