Located in the owner’s home with a completely separate entrance, the Les Cerisiers holiday cottage offers a comfortable and functional setting for a stay with family or friends in the Loire region. Located on the upper floor, this 75 m² holiday cottage features a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals after a day of exploring. The two bedrooms can accommodate up to four people: one features a 140-cm double bed, and the other has two 90-cm single beds, as well as a cozy sitting area. A modern bathroom and a separate toilet complete the space. The accommodation features Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a freezer, and central heating for comfort year-round. Outside, a private garden area, a barbecue, and a shared, fenced-in yard of 500 m² let you make the most of sunny days, while on-site parking makes your arrival hassle-free.
