In the heart of the charming village of Montarcher, Les Bruyères welcomes you to a 370 m² south-facing, self-contained holiday cottage designed for stays with family or friends. This historic stone building retains all its charm with its exposed stone walls, large fireplace, and decorative bread oven. Spread over one floor, the cottage features six bedrooms with eight 90-cm single beds and five 140-cm double beds, accommodating up to 14 people. An extension can be made available to accommodate up to 15 people, featuring two additional bedrooms, four shower rooms or bathrooms, and four restrooms. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living room, and the dining room are perfect for sharing special moments. Two fenced-in lots, measuring 300 m² and 3,000 m², extend the living spaces. Wi-Fi, television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, baby gear, and a dedicated workspace for telework round out the amenities of this rental.
