South-facing gite of exceptional size, located in the historic village of Montarcher, in the Loire at 1050m altitude.

Bordering Puy-de-Dôme and Haute-Loire. 14-person gîte with bread oven (Deco), large fireplace and exposed stone walls. 2 enclosed grounds, one of 300 m² and the other of 3,000 m², adjoining the gîte.

For greater comfort and independence, the gîte can be extended (see owners for details). You will have 420 m² for a capacity of 15 people with 8 bedrooms (including 6 bedrooms in the large part and 2 bedrooms in the extension) 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, living room, dining room, kitchen ... Meter-reading charges. 1 animal accepted free of charge if more than one, all paying, please ask owners. Cats are not allowed. Other 12-person gite 100m away. As our gites are rented directly from the owners, they do not benefit from the customer reviews section. Internet access available. Maximum capacity for this gite with extension: 15 people.
