Just a few minutes away, the City of Roanne offers restaurants, water sports activities and cultural events to punctuate a weekend or family vacation. This vacation home is in keeping with the authentic spirit of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, where the owners' attentive and discreet welcome helps to create a simple and sincere atmosphere, conducive to escape and reunion.

Nestled in peaceful surroundings, this 137 m² detached house is arranged over two levels and offers generous living space. Right from the entrance, the contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals to share, while the living room, with its fireplace and approval, prolongs evenings in a warm atmosphere. The dining room opens onto the outside and lets in plenty of light throughout the day. Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate guests, including one on the first floor with two 90 cm single beds, and two upstairs with a 160 cm double bed and two additional single beds. A mezzanine with a relaxation, gaming room and study area completes the accommodation, along with a shower room, bathroom and two toilets. The Holiday cottage opens onto a lovely 2,000 m² private garden planted with trees, a west-facing terrace with awning and a carport. Bed linen provided, centralized vacuuming, full household appliances and Internet connection all contribute to a comfortable stay. Charges are based on meter readings with the owners, who live next door.
