On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a vast 40 m² living room for convivial meals. Three bedrooms: one with double bed and baby bed, two with single beds. A shower room, two WCs and a mezzanine with TV, gaming room and library complete the space. Outside, on the doorstep, you'll find a 150 m² enclosed courtyard and a 1,000 m² private plot just a few meters from the Holiday cottage.
