This detached, south-facing house (73 m²) can accommodate up to five people in a quiet, leafy setting. Carefully restored, this 1840 house offers a cosy living room with fireplace and sitting area, an equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms: the first on the first floor with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, the second upstairs with a 140 cm double bed and a baby bed. The house has two WCs and a shower room, central heating and internal access. Outside, there's a 300 m² enclosed garden, a sunny terrace and a balcony with views of the surrounding countryside. For a group or extended family stay, another four-person Holiday cottage is available 50 meters away. Pets are welcome, and the space is designed to accommodate the youngest guests in complete safety.
