Shops in the village are within easy walking distance, and the village of St-Romain is 10 km from the Lyon/St-Etienne freeway, so it's ideally located whether you're on vacation or on business. In 2023, the year of opening, your outdoor space will be shared with the other Holiday cottage, with table, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue for each tenant. You also have access to a large meadow to take full advantage of the south-facing aspect, with maximum sunshine. The St-Martin la Plaine Zoo is 3 km from the house.

The gîte is located in a farm building belonging to an arboriculturist (of whom Thierry represents the 3rd generation), with independent access, parking and private grounds. Large 45 m² living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, separate toilet and shower room. All windows are west-facing, facing the setting sun, with no facing building. Electric heating included. Outside, a dining area, boules pitch and children's play area. (For companies, the deposit is €800).
