In the heart of a small, peaceful hamlet in the Loire, the Holiday cottage Les 5 Saisons invites you to slow down and savor every moment, summer and winter alike. Surrounded by meadows and in the calm of the Mountain, this family-run address promises a rejuvenating stay, with wide-open spaces, shared moments and authentic discoveries. Here, vacations take on a simple, sincere flavour.

In a quiet location, this family home will seduce you with its comfort and quality fittings. In fine weather, you can enjoy lunch on the wooden terrace in the refreshing shade of the lime tree, with a private outdoor area of 1000 m² (not enclosed). Courtyard, lawns and a large grassy area surround the gîte. At an altitude of 800 m, come and discover our beautiful mid-mountain landscapes. Situated south-west of Roanne, on the borders of the Puy de Dôme and Allier departments, the Pays d'Urfé and Côte Roannaise regions will surprise you with the diversity and beauty of their landscapes, in an unspoilt natural setting close to the Livradois Forez regional park (France's largest FFC-approved mountain bike area). In short, an ideal place to combine outdoor sports and rejuvenation with heritage visits and gourmet dining.

This 160 m² detached house is arranged over a raised first floor and an upper floor, offering generous volumes ideal for family gatherings or friends. The living room features a dining room, a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a functional laundry room. Upstairs, four bright bedrooms: one with four 90 cm single beds that can be converted into a double bed, another with a 160 cm double bed, a third with two single beds that can form a 180 cm bed, and the last with a 140 cm double bed. Two shower rooms and two WCs. A mezzanine furnished as a relaxation area invites you to read or rest. Beds are made up on arrival, for a stress-free stay. 7-night minimum stays.
