In the charming village of Marcilly-le-Châtel, this 2 épis-rated Group holiday cottages welcomes up to 20 travelers in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Nestled at an altitude of 520 meters, it overlooks the Forez countryside and invites you to relax, get together and share long conversations around the wood-burning stove.

Between Saint-Étienne and Clermont-Ferrand, in the Loire department, the address is an ideal base for discovering the treasures of Forez: the noble stones of Château de la Bâtie d'Urfé, the cultural activities of Château de Goutelas in Marcoux, or the authentic wines of Domaine Verdier Logel. And just a stone's throw from the Volerie du Forez, with its birds of prey show.

Possibility of renting the Holiday cottage for fewer people: reduced rates to be agreed directly with the owner.

L'Enchantement combines 3 independent Holiday cottages around a medieval-style 80 m² reception room, ideal for family celebrations or seminars.
Capacity can be adjusted from 14 to 20 beds (with extra beds).
The kitchen is fitted with professional equipment (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and oven) and can accommodate a caterer.
3 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
A washing machine is available in the utility room. The price includes rental of the large common room, utilities and a €8 supplement for wood.
The exterior features grassy green spaces, a small vegetable garden, a boules pitch and parking.

A deposit of €1,550, in 2 cheques: €1,500 for the damage deposit/€50 for the cleaning deposit, will be required on entry at the time of the inventory of fixtures.
