Overlooking a meander of the Loire, Le Viaduc : Julie Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting ideal for vacations with family or friends. This 150 m² rental offers spacious accommodation and a warm atmosphere. The spacious 50 m² living room opens onto a south-facing terrace, and features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge around a wood-burning stove whose fuel is provided free of charge. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to six people: two bedrooms each have two 90x200 cm beds, while the third has a 140x200 cm bed and a baby bed. A mezzanine can accommodate an extra bed, as agreed with the owners. The Holiday cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and bathtub, two WCs, a laundry room, Wi-Fi access, and a covered shelter ideal for parking vehicles or sharing a meal in the shade on sunny days. Families will appreciate the facilities dedicated to the youngest guests for a simple stay.
