In the heart of the Monts du Forez, this vacation home offers a true escape in a setting where nature unfolds as far as the eye can see, between deep forests, small hamlets and gentle mid-mountain landscapes. From the Holiday cottage, hiking trails open directly onto the Forez crests, vineyards and secret plateaus that make up the beauty of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Nearby, the Col de Baracuchet is one of the best birdwatching spots in the Massif Central, while the surrounding villages, between Montbrison and the wooded valleys, invite you to savor the terroir, markets, local produce and art de vivre of the Forézien region. The peace and quiet, the omnipresent nature, the attentive welcome and the authenticity of the surroundings guarantee a rejuvenating stay, perfect for a weekend or family vacation in the Loire.

This large 150 m² stone house has been fitted out with traditional quality furniture. The two-storey house offers generous comfort for a peaceful stay. The vast 65 m² living room features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a living room with a cosy fireplace. Upstairs are three perfectly designed bedrooms: a double room with a 140 cm bed, and two rooms each with two 90 cm single beds, one of which is equipped with a baby bed. The shower room, two separate WCs, Wood heating, internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine and DVD player complete a functional and comfortable ensemble. Outside, you'll find a 150 m² enclosed private courtyard and a detached garage, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete autonomy. The Holiday cottage is attached to the owner's son's home, but has its own private access and grounds.
