Housed in a beautiful, carefully renovated stone building, Le Vernat holiday cottage offers 70 square meters of comfort spread over two floors. It features a pleasant, bright living area, a work space, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms can accommodate up to five guests. The first features a 140x200 cm double bed, while the second is furnished with a 140x200 cm double bed and a 90x200 cm single bunk bed. Bed linen is provided and the beds are made before your arrival so you can fully enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and everything you need to cook on your own. Comfort is enhanced by Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a garage, and Gas heating. Outside, the fully walled private courtyard opens onto a covered terrace and a 5 x 3-meter unheated private Piscine, perfect for sunny days.
