St-Appolinard is a commune bordering the Ardèche, a region of vineyards and fruit trees. The Holiday cottage is in a beautiful stone house, on a site that includes the owner's farm and inn.
Cottage of 70 sqm on ground floor + open floor in 2017 with private courtyard closed walls, private pool 5x3 unheated, covered terrace. Room to live, office, room of water and toilet, 2 rooms (2 beds 140x200 and 1 bed 90x200). For your comfort, sheets are provided and beds made upon your arrival. St-Appolinard is a commune bordering the Ardèche, region of vine and fruit trees. The cottage is in a beautiful stone house, on a site that includes the farm and the owner's hostel. In order to welcome you at best and introduce you to his region, Christophe and Myriam offer you your meal on Saturday evening (5 pers maximum, excluding drinks).

Coco Super semaine!
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce gîte ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La maison est magnifique, parfaitement équipée et très bien entretenue. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables et aux petits soins. Nous repartons avec de super souvenirs et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour tout !

rodanna Très bon séjour
Très nombreux points positifs : gîte avec beaucoup de charme intérieur et extérieur (notamment la cour fermée avec piscine, préau, transats,...), très propre et très bien équipé, situé dans un petit hameau très calme en pleine nature, propriétaires attentionnés, disponibles et réactifs, etc.
Bon à savoir quand même : auberge mitoyenne désormais fermée le soir et donc plus d'invitation à dîner le 1er soir comme mentionné dans des avis précédents.- Cleanliness

Famille Georges Séjour du 13 au 20 juillet
Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Repos, déconnexion,ballade. La piscine nous a permis de nous relaxer entre nos sorties ou en fin de journée. Nous avons découvert également les bons produits de nos hôtes grâce à leur gentil invitation à dîner à notre arrivé, un vrai plaisir. Nous conseillons le gîte et la régions. A très vite.
