This completely refurbished detached villa offers all the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a courtyard and a 500m² fully enclosed garden where you can enjoy the barbecue, garden furniture and vegetable garden in summer... For your comfort, utilities and heating are included, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
52m² gîte: on the first floor you'll find the garage, laundry room and utility room. Upstairs, you'll find the living area with its lounge/dining room (with sofa bed), fully-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with 80cm beds that can be twinned into 160cm beds (on request from the owners). The bathroom has a shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

Super gîte très bien équipé

Gîte bien équipé, au calme.
5/5Gîte proche de Saint Etienne mais au calme à 15mn de route. Le gîte est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute. Tout est compris. Le linge de toilette, les draps et le chauffage. Pas de surprise.
