Set in an old farmhouse full of character, Le Soleil Couchant offers 75 m² of comfort in a peaceful setting ideal for vacations with family or friends. Accessed via a raised first floor, the Holiday cottage is organized around a pleasant living room bathed in light thanks to a large bay window opening onto a 20 m² terrace and the Piscine. The living room invites you to relax around an authentic Godin stove, while the fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, freezer and everything else you need for a practical stay. The sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds. A bathroom with shower, separate toilet, gas central heating, wifi, TV and baby equipment complete the facilities. Outside, the garden, lawn shaded by a lime tree, barbecue and private parking area all contribute to daily comfort. Secure, shared Piscine (10mx5m) open from May to October and grounds: 600 m² courtyard and lawn, lime tree for shade, vegetated portico... shared with the owner.
