You'll particularly appreciate the coolness of the rooms on hot summer days, and the large capacity of the gîte. In mid-season, the wood-burning stove provides pleasant supplementary heating. Gîte with 12 m² covered terrace and garden furniture. Located on the edge of the Parc du Pilat, our gîte is ideally situated for lovers of outdoor activities: hiking, geocaching, climbing (natural climbing site less than 10 km away), while remaining close to the main shops and major cities such as Saint-Etienne (30 mn) and Lyon (50 mn).

130 m² gîte on ground and first floors, 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen and sitting room, 3 bedrooms. Second living room upstairs. Electric heating. St-Etienne 20 minutes away. Possibility of increasing the capacity of the gîte to 14 people and renting the adjoining gîte rural (N°4292) for a total of 19 people. Parking for 3 cars. For your convenience, utilities are included in the rental price.
