This 80 m² eco-cottage, designed to reduce its environmental impact, accommodates four holidaymakers on two levels. On the first floor, the bright living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchenette, ideal for sharing convivial meals. Upstairs, two bedrooms house a double bed and two single beds, while a mezzanine with a 140 cm futon provides extra sleeping space for Kids or guests. A separate bathroom and WC ensure practical organization of daily life. Outside, the 20 m² terrace and 50 m² private grounds invite you to dine al fresco or read in the sun, while a 25 m² common room shared with the adjoining Holiday cottage offers board games, table tennis and a washing machine for optimum comfort. The entire property is designed to ensure a carefree stay: bed linen and Utilities included, Internet connection and baby equipment available.
