With a floor area of 92 m² spread over two levels, this Holiday cottage combines generous volumes with amenities designed for the comfort of all. The first floor opens onto a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a convivial sitting area, followed by an accessible bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome peaceful nights, one with a 140 cm double bed and private shower room, the other with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, complemented by a mezzanine offering extra bedding. Two showers, three toilets, a wood pellet boiler, complete baby equipment, wifi and modern appliances ensure a smooth, comfortable stay. The 20 m² private terrace and 200 m² adjoining plot naturally extend the living space outwards.
