In the heart of the Rhône Valley, Chavanay is an ideal destination for combining nature and discovery. Nearby, the Parc du Pilat offers numerous Hiking trails and superb panoramic views. Cyclists can join the ViaRhôna, which runs alongside the river. The region is also renowned for its vineyards in the Rhône Valley, where wineries and estates invite you to sample their wines. Adjoining the owners' house, Le Piegonnier is a 190 m² Holiday cottage on several levels. The entrance opens onto the living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and relaxation area, as well as a separate toilet on the first floor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and two with two 90x190 beds each. This level features a sanitary block with three showers, a double washbasin and a toilet. On the top floor, a large bedroom offers two beds 90x190 and a round bed, as well as a shower room.
Outside, an enclosed courtyard of approx. 200 m², enclosed by walls and gates, provides a safe place to enjoy fine weather. A 12 m² terrace with garden furniture completes the exterior. Located right next to the "chemin des Vignes" road, the Holiday cottage is easily accessible. Parking for one vehicle in the courtyard and free parking 330 m away. Utilities and bed linen are included for an easy stay.
