On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, cosy living room and bright veranda open onto a covered terrace overlooking the medieval village of Néronde. Upstairs, accessible by lift, are three welcoming bedrooms: a master bedroom (double bed 140x190), a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A bathroom with shower and WC completes this level. The garden level features a private riverside garden, perfect for relaxing. A single garage is available for bikes and motorcycles. The owner's house is next door, guaranteeing a warm welcome and assistance if needed. Although the mobile network is sometimes limited depending on the operator, a Wifi connection is provided.
