Adjoining the owners' house, Le petit Pigeonnier is a 102 m² Holiday cottage on two levels. The entrance opens onto a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and relaxation area, as well as a separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and two with two 90x190 beds each. Outside, an enclosed courtyard of approx. 200 m², enclosed by walls and gates, allows you to enjoy fine weather in complete safety. A 12 m² terrace with garden furniture completes the exterior. Located right next to the "chemin des Vignes" road, the Holiday cottage is easily accessible. Parking for one vehicle is available in the courtyard, with free parking 330 m away. Utilities and bed linen are included for an easy stay.
